What is RUMO for Teams?
RUMO for Teams gives an organization six company context anchors — who you are, how you sound, your stories, this quarter, your history and who you serve — in one shared company vault. One admin answers guided questions; everyone on the team copies or downloads the anchors into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot or the AI inside your CRM.
Who answers the questions?
One admin, usually whoever knows the organization best: a founder, a marketing lead, an operations lead. They can upload what already exists. Everyone else just uses the results.
What does the rest of the team do?
Nothing to fill in. They open the company vault and copy or download the anchors into the AI tools they already use.
Which AI tools does it work with?
Any of them. The anchors are plain text you can paste or upload into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, a custom GPT or a project, or the brand voice and business context settings of the AI inside your CRM, such as HubSpot.
How do we keep it current?
Your admin updates an anchor whenever something changes: add a new win, say what’s different this quarter, or rethink it from the answers. Every version is kept, and the vault flags an anchor that’s getting old.
Who can see our information?
Only the people your admin adds to the team. Only admins can change the anchors; everyone else reads, copies and downloads.
Does Teams include each person’s own anchors?
No. Teams is your organization’s side. Anyone can build their own Personal Constitution for free, or all six personal anchors for $49 a year.
How is it billed?
$15 per person per month, billed yearly, or $18 per person month to month. The minimum is 2 people. We set your organization up with you, and billing runs through Stripe.
